Architects and Contractors

We will consult on design bringing fresh ideas to the table, or we can review your existing plans to make sure that everything is "water tight". And, if you are on deadline and need some assistance to make it happen, we will come in on a moment's notice.

  • Kellstrom Industries
Ed Williams Roof Consultants provided design support on the conception of this 800,000 square foot structure. We then reviewed the completed drawings, assisted in the selection of the roof system and recommended a sub-contractor. Our contract also included assessment of submittals/pay requests and periodic inspections during the course of construction.
  • Coral Way Baptist Church
Commercial construction does not always mean flat roofing, invisible at ground level. The 55,000 square foot Coral Way Baptist Church required a tile roof that was not only aesthetically pleasing, but also able to stand up to the torture of south Florida's constant humidity and occasionally violent weather. Ed Williams Roof Consultants met these challenges as well as the stringent, exacting building requirements of the City of Coral Springs.
  • Nova Southeastern University
Hired by the general contractor to supervise roof construction of the Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Library, Ed Williams became Project Manager for the roof's quality assurance program and stayed on the job right through to completion.
